If you have over 200 people coming to your event, you may need help with parking attendants, security needs, and chair set-up - just let us know. If you feel you need help with these items and you have less than 200 people coming to your event, you can still indicate that you'd like help with these items.

I have read Rainbow Community School policy "F-6," "Authorized Use of School Building and Grounds." As a representative for myself or my organization, I am responsible for making sure the policy is adhered to. No action will be taken against Rainbow Community School for any accidents, injury or property loss resulting from the use of school property or equipment.
I understand that the Office Manager for Rainbow Community School will provide me with further guidelines for building entry, emergency contacts, directions during use, no food/drink in the auditorium, closing and securing the building(s), and access to keys.
