Admissions season is in full swing!

Middle School is a time for dynamic learning, guided choice, meaningful curriculum, and powerful relationship building. At Rainbow, the exceptional academic programming is only the start of a robust three-year progression that incorporates essential skills and dispositions for long-term thriving. Happy Throwback Thursday!

Starting in 5th grade, Rainbow students have the opportunity to participate in team sports through the Hospitality League, a team-sports league comprised of private and charter schools in Western North Carolina. Sports offered include flag football, basketball, and soccer. These co-ed experiences offer students opportunities to engage in teamwork and skill building in the physical and social domains. Each game ends with both teams circling up together to recognize and honor the strengths that players of each team have to offer.

We had fun digging these flag football team photos out of our 2010 archives and comparing them with a photo from this year's flag football team. Our uniforms (and school name!) have shifted over the years and our teams have grown with the school, but the enthusiasm, dedication, and team spirit of our students remains the same. 💜
