Jamie Rischitelli, LCSW/Counselor

Jamie began providing counseling services at Rainbow Community School in 2019 and feels excited and honored to be part of this amazing, supportive community.

Her approach is strengths based with an emphasis in expressive arts and play based tools to encourage emotional expression. Jamie and her husband Michael enjoy being active outdoors and have lived in Asheville since 2001.

Jamie enjoys the outdoor activities this area has to offer such as hiking, canoeing and biking. You will also most likely find her creating artwork, photographing/arranging wildflowers or documenting the box turtles on her property. She has been studying Ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arranging since 2013 and would like to teach in the future.
