Krystal Goss – Physical Education Teacher

Krystal loves all things sports. She is most passionate about soccer, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge about the game. She has an extensive background in coaching. She connects most to the physical and creative domains.

Krystal emphasizes having great love and gratitude for being able to move the body. She believes moving the body in whatever way brings happiness and flow is not only the key to all-around success but also that it influences each aspect of life positively. She also understands the importance of bringing the mental domain into the physical by incorporating mindfulness into each class. She loves to dive deep into sports psychology and what makes the great athletes great. She loves working with all ages and enjoys creating a safe environment, but always encourages a growth mindset.
