I have read Rainbow Community School policy "F-6," "Authorized Use of School Building and Grounds." As a representative for myself or my organization, I am responsible for making sure the policy is adhered to. No action will be taken against Rainbow Community School for any accidents, injury or property loss resulting from the use of school property or equipment.
I understand that the Office Manager for Rainbow Community School will provide me with further guidelines for building entry, emergency contacts, directions during use, no food/drink in the auditorium, closing and securing the building(s), and access to keys.
