We are delighted to share upcoming offerings from our Business Sponsor, Sharon Hyman, with In-Joy Therapy and Yoga! @sharoninjoy

In-Joy Therapy and Yoga is a one-stop shop that offers a highly individualized approach. Sharon believes in holistic, comprehensive care, and uses a range of tools to help her clients find more joy, improve relationships, work through anxiety and depression, build self esteem, and heal. Sharon meets her clients where they are, and brings her whole self to her practice.

Saturday, April 18th: SPRING RENEWAL, a half day retreat to move, rest + grow. Join Sharon in her beautiful home therapy office to practice yoga, mindfulness, art + sacred rest. You will enjoy a delicious movement practice, connect inward and share joy with new and old friends.

April 23 - May 18: ALIGNED, a 6-week exploration of how to stay aligned in your life. Using mindfulness, meditations, and group connection, we will practice staying aligned to flourish. All meetings are online.
