Green Commuter Kids
Renee presented a Green Commuter Award to a third-grader who frequently rides her bicycle to school
Being Green really does make a difference, and at Rainbow, kids know it!รย Over a dozen students at Rainbow Mountain were awarded the “Green Commuter Award.”รย Each certificate says that this child “recognizes that we can help make the world a better place by commuting in an earth-friendly manner.รย Sometimes it isn’t as convenient to walk, ride bike, or car pool, but it’s more fun!รย Thank you for being a role model.”รย Students who are green commuters also received a packet of seeds from Sow True Seeds, so thanks to RMCS parent and owner of Sow True Seeds, Peter Waskievicz,รย for donating heirloom seed packets.
